Kinesphere Pilates Private and Duet Sessions

Private Pilates sessions utilize all of the Pilates apparatus; reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, as well as the Oov. Additionally, all of our reformers are outfitted with Konnector straps. Private sessions are ideal for clients who want one on one personalized attention, and/or have specific issues and objectives pertaining to their individual structure and body mechanics they would like to address.

 

Duet Pilates sessions utilize all of the Pilates apparatus listed above, but are tailored for two people. This option is ideal for clients who want more personalization than a class offers, but enjoy the company/moral support of a buddy! Duets are great for couples, friends, mother/daughter pairs, and individuals looking to defray the cost of a private sessions. Duets make great gifts!

All of our Pilates instructors and physical therapists are graduates of Polestar Pilates education, and Kinesphere Physical Therapy and Pilates serves as the host site for Polestar Pilates comprehensive training courses with principal educator Noelle Dowma, DPT, BFA, NCPT, CMTPT.
